Location

Industrial Units and Panel Coolers

If ambient conditions are hot and dirty but you need to keep it cold and clean then our range of industrial units will help you get there.

High Ambient Equipment

High ambient, Dusty environments are easily handled by our Industrial Condensing units. Maintenance requirements of the unit is very low and all individual parts are accessible

Low maintenance under ceiling units

The under-ceiling evaporators can be serviced on site with just one 13mm spanner and the filters can be washed multiple times

Console wall mounted units

Because roof space is sometimes restricted we took that into consideration and built our console wall mounted units. They are narrow and built tough so a few bumps here and there will not affect it.

Panel Coolers

We produce a range of panel coolers to suit any heat load. If you want to replace an existing unit and don't want to cut up the panel again to install it, then we will make you an adapter plate to match.

Water and Air

Our range of water coolers are made to take the punch. Clean cold water when you need. Clean air or dry air we build a machine to match your needs.

Water Coolers

Our Water coolers are built tough and start at 700 liters ice cold water per day. If that is too small the RAF 1500 model delivers 150 liters per hour. We can build them even larger if needed.

Air Driers

Air can be heated or cooled but sometimes you just need it to be dry. Our Air-dries can solve that problem.

Air Filtration and Chemical Filtration

Filtration units from 15m³/hr to 1500m³/hr fitted with filter media and or Purafil or activated carbon depending on the requirements.

Vortex Tubes

Vortex tubes have no moving parts and provide a cold stream of air to cool small spaces or cutting tools.

Air and Ducting

Processed air cooling or drying, Water cooled or air-cooled. If you can think it we can build it.

Instrumentation air drier

Instrument air-driers remove moisture and cools the air delivering clean dry air to protect pneumatic equipment.

Water cooled package units

Water cooled package units with shell and tube or plate heat exchangers depending on the water quality

CN turret punching for sheet metal

Euromac Turret punching machine for producing quality sheet metal products. Perforated plate, and profile cutting

Ducting and Sheet metal

Our duct workshop can produce any size rectangular ducting and certain round duct too.

Sheet metal, plumbing and fittings

Sheet metal processing, plumbing, heat exchangers or fittings we will design and build what you need.

Cutting and Bending

Cutting and bending of sheet metal up to 2.5m wide, Specialized brackets. Tooling can be built in house for any special shape brackets as needed.

Plumbing

We do the Plumbing and pipe work for any water related equipment we supply.

Machining and milling

Machining, milling, surface grinding or sharpening pf tools is done in-house

Heat exchangers

We stock a range of heat exchangers for the equipment me manufacture and will make up drawings and coils for one off sizes as needed
